Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Return
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to cancel your order and return your Ozalyn product within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your delivery, without giving any reason.
2. Conditions for Return
- The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
- The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the parcel.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right to return, contact us before the 14-day period expires:

- Include your full name, the phone number used at checkout, and your reason for returning (optional).
We will acknowledge your request and provide return address details within 2 working days.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the return. Since Ozalyn is ordered on a pay-on-delivery basis, refunds are issued via bank transfer or the payment method used at delivery. We will contact you to arrange this.
5. Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We recommend using a tracked postal service for your own protection.
6. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Opened food supplement products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except where they are faulty or not as described.
